The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) is a cutting-edge hormone panel that goes beyond what standard blood work can show. It measures your sex hormones and their metabolites, your stress hormone cortisol throughout the day, melatonin, and key nutritional markers — all from a simple urine collection you do at home.
Our DUTCH package starts with a 60 minute, 1:1 visit with our Advanced Practice Nurse, where we will take a comprehensive look at your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, stress, medications, and toxin exposure. You will leave with a DUTCH kit, and collect the samples at home. Once we receive the results, you will come back for a 60 minute follow-up appointment where we will review the labs along with your personalized plan for optimal hormonal health.
